Our General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (GTCP)
The Ponticelli Group’s General Terms and Conditions of Purchase set out the contractual framework applicable to all our dealings with our suppliers.
They set out our requirements regarding performance, quality and lead times, as well as our principles of ethics, compliance and accountability.
Our GTCP form part of a responsible procurement approach and reflect our commitment to building balanced, transparent and sustainable relationships with our partners.
We invite our suppliers to familiarise themselves with these terms and to comply with them as part of our mutual commitments.
