The Ponticelli Frères Group has just finalised the acquisition of TCPI International. This Portuguese company, based near Lisbon, is specialised in the engineering, construction and maintenance of electricity, instrumentation and automatism systems on industrial facilities. With more than 40 years of activity in Portugal, the TCPI Group has developed its activities in France, Eastern Europe, East and West Africa.
By adding E&I skills to its range of activities, the Ponticelli Frères Group is broadening its offer of services for its industrial clients and strengthening its geographic footprint in Europe and Africa.
