The PONTICELLI Frères Group undertakes to treat and protect personal data collected via the website https:\\www.ponticelli.com in accordance with the regulations in force.
The data we collect through this website is, with your consent, exclusively reserved for the processing of your application. Data will include information given on your Curriculum Vitae as well as information received from on-line forms you may have completed.
By providing personal data through our website, you authorise us to use all the information in your name and in compliance with the present Data Protection Policy.
I. Personal data
The following information will be collected and is essential for the correct processing of your application: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, levels of qualifications and mobility.
Apart from this information, we strongly recommend that you avoid giving any information that does not concern your professional skills, and more specifically any reference to your health, origins, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union activities or religious beliefs.
II. Right of access to your personal data
In accordance with the French Data Protection and Freedom of Information Law of 6th January 1978 and EU regulation 2016/679 dated 27th April 2016 applicable from the 25th May 2018 and the revised Law n°78-17 dated 6th January 1978, subject to proof of identity and if all conditions to these rights are fulfilled, you may exercise your right to:

III. Data retention period
Data collected for recruitment purposes will be conserved for a period of 24 months. Once this period has expired you will receive an email after 23 months requesting you to update your information. If you do not reply within one month, your personal information will be deleted from our database.
IV. Transfer of personal data
In order to review your application, any personal data collected may be shared with recruitment departments in the Group’s various entities and if necessary to service providers for the purposes set out above.
V. Updating personal data
You hereby accept to inform us immediately of any change in your personal data (address, contact details, mobility) so that we may keep your profile up to date accordingly.
VI. Security
Your personal data is hosted on secured servers located within the European Union.
As part of the process described above we take all the technical, organisational and security measures necessary against any unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss of data. However, the Internet is an open network, the PONTICELLI Frères Group cannot guarantee the security of the information you provide us with via Internet and declines all responsibility arising from any illegitimate or fraudulent use by an unauthorised third party.
